Does it backup everything? Yes. It backs up the SQL database, plugins, files, themes, scripts, and everything else in the WordPress database and directories.

Is there a size limit? There is no set limit. However server configurations influence the ability of BackupBuddy to backup large sites (such as script timeout, memory, etc. We are constantly improving the script to handle larger and larger sites. The better the hosting environment, the better the script performance in handling extremely large sites. We are working on implementing the ability to backup sites of any size.
